We charge our recruitment service fee on CTC of the selected candidate to our valuable client. Our recruitment service fee is viable and as per industry standards below:-

The recruitment service fee is non-refundable, but in case the selected candidate leaves the job on his own within three months from the date of joining, we will provide the replacement of the candidate without extra fee.

If the candidate has been interviewed by the employer/organization once through “STAFFLEASE” and not selected at that time by the employer/organization but later on, if found working with the same employer/organization within a period of six months from the date of interview, STAFFLEASE has the rights to receive the recruitment service fee from the employer/organization as mentioned above table.

Information of selected candidate shall be provided with candidates offered CTC, DOJ, working location by employer/organization after selection of the candidate to “STAFFLEASE”. No selected candidate shall join without information to STAFFLEASE by employer/organization.

Important – We do not charge our service fee/any registration fee from the selected candidate and not allow employers/clients to deduct/charge our service fee from the selected candidate’s monthly/annual salary.

Our Service fee Payment must be released within 15 days of candidate’s joining date.
